What ParkPilot Does

ParkPilot is an AI-powered planning tool that generates personalized Disney World itinerary suggestions. We analyze your preferences, budget, and travel dates to create customized day-by-day plans including:

Park recommendations and daily schedules
Ride strategies and timing suggestions
Dining recommendations (character dining, table service, quick service)
Resort recommendations based on your budget
Budget breakdowns and cost estimates

What We're NOT

ParkPilot provides suggestions and recommendations only. We are not:

A booking service (we don't book tickets, hotels, or dining reservations)
An official Disney service or affiliate
A guarantee that everything will go according to plan
Responsible for changes made by Disney or third parties

⚠️ Elements Beyond Our Control

Important: Many aspects of your Disney vacation are outside our control. ParkPilot helps you make the best plan possible, but real-world conditions may require flexibility.

Things that can change include:

Weather conditions (rain, storms, extreme heat)
Ride closures or breakdowns (scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues)
Park capacity limits (parks may reach capacity and close to new guests)
Schedule changes (park hours, show times, parade times)
Restaurant availability (reservations book up, locations may close)
Special event cancellations or modifications
Ticket pricing changes (Disney adjusts prices regularly)
Policy changes (Lightning Lane, Genie+, park hopping rules)
Other unforeseen circumstances

You are responsible for:

Verifying all prices, hours, and availability directly with Disney
Making your own bookings (tickets, hotels, dining reservations)
Checking Disney's official website for the most current information
Being flexible when real-world conditions don't match the plan

AI-Generated Content

Our itineraries are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. Always verify important details like prices, park hours, ride availability, and dining options directly with Disney before your trip.

Your Responsibilities

When you use ParkPilot, you agree to:

Provide accurate information in the questionnaire
Use our service for personal, non-commercial trip planning
Verify all recommendations with official Disney sources
Not hold us liable for changes, cancellations, or issues beyond our control
Be respectful in your communications with us

Payment & Access

ParkPilot offers tiered pricing based on trip length:

1-day trips: Free
2-5 day trips: $14.99 (one-time)
6-10 day trips: $24.99 (one-time)
11+ day trips: $34.99 (one-time)

One payment covers unlimited regenerations and edits for that specific trip. Your itinerary remains accessible via your email.

Limitation of Liability

ParkPilot is a planning tool. We are not responsible for:

Inaccurate or outdated information from third-party sources
Changes made by Disney or other service providers
Travel disruptions, cancellations, or unexpected issues
Financial losses from following our recommendations
Issues arising from circumstances beyond our control

Use ParkPilot at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your itinerary.

Data & Privacy

We collect and store:

Email addresses (for accessing your itinerary)
Trip preferences and questionnaire responses
Payment records (processed securely via Stripe)

We do not sell your data. We use it only to provide and improve our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ParkPilot after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with your ParkPilot itinerary for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

It's simple. Just reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase:

No questions asked. We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

After 7 Days

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase. If you encounter issues with your itinerary, we're happy to help you regenerate or adjust it at no extra cost.

Our 1-day trip itineraries are free. No payment, no refund needed!
